An unlimited take on the Queens logic puzzle

Queens Game Unlimited takes the one-crown-per-region idea behind LinkedIn's daily Queens puzzle and removes the daily limit. Instead of a single board a day, pick from a full library of hand-built grids ranging from a quick 6×6 warm-up to a brain-bending 14×14 challenge, replay any of them, or let the shuffle pick one for you. Everything runs locally in your browser: no account, no download, and your best times stay on your own device.

Each puzzle is a grid split into colored regions. The rule never changes no matter the size of the board: every row, every column, and every colored region needs exactly one crown, and no two crowns may sit next to each other, even corner to corner. That single constraint is enough to turn a plain grid into a genuine logic workout, and the bigger boards raise the difficulty considerably.

How to play

  1. Pick a grid. Choose any size from 6×6 up to 14×14 in the puzzle menu, or press "Random puzzle" for a surprise board.
  2. Know the goal. Place exactly one crown in every row, every column, and every colored region.
  3. Mark, then crown. With marking on, the first tap leaves a small × as a note, the second tap places a crown, and a third tap clears the cell.
  4. Mind the neighbors. Two crowns can never touch, not even diagonally.
  5. Finish and share. Once every row, column and region holds one crown, the timer stops and you can share or save your result.

Frequently asked questions

What is Queens Game Unlimited?

It's a free browser puzzle inspired by the Queens logic game, with an unlimited library of boards instead of a single daily puzzle. Replay any map as many times as you like.

Is this the official LinkedIn Queens game?

No. This is an independent fan project built around the same rule set. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

What grid sizes can I play?

Boards range from compact 6×6 grids for a quick warm-up up to demanding 14×14 grids for a longer logic workout, with sizes in between.

Do I need to create an account?

No account or sign-in is required. Your settings and personal stats are saved locally in your browser, not on a server.

What are the rules again?

Place exactly one crown in every row, column and colored region, and never let two crowns touch, including diagonally.

Any tips for solving faster?

Start with the smallest color regions first, since they narrow down crown placement fastest, and use the mark tool to rule out cells before committing to a crown.
